What areas can I have treated? The options for areas we treat are almost endless. The most common areas we treat are underarms, bikini, backs, chin/lip hair, legs…the list goes on and on! Remember, like all laser hair devices, the optimal candidate has to have dark coarse hair in the area being treated.
How many treatments are required and how often do you need to come in? All hair has six stages of growth, so any laser hair devices will take at least six treatments for an optimal result. This may vary depending on the area we are treating, but your procedure specialist will guide you through the process. Treatments are typically spaced out 4-8 weeks apart.
How much does it typically cost? Often you will see facilities charging ridiculously high prices, with steep discounts, and a requirement for packages that leaves the consumer confused. At WDC we try to keep this simple. You can benefit from package pricing but we do not require memberships and our pricing is straightforward per area. The price of laser hair removal varies depending on the size of the area we are treating. A typical cost for upper lip is $75 per treatment (remember you need 6 treatments total) while a Full Back is $500 per treatment. Package pricing helps alleviate the cost if you do buy 5 treatments up front, you get your 6th free.
One thing companies a lot of times fail to mention is that there are typically once a year touch-ups needed, after the series of treatments is completed to maintain great results. This need varies per patient, but we offer extremely competitive pricing on our touch-ups.
