Dr. Rosalyn George
Dr. Rosalyn George has expert experience and knowledge in all of the major areas of Dermatology and is committed to providing her patients with superior care for all of their skin care needs. Dr. George is Board Certified by the American Board of Dermatology and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology.
Dr. George completed her internship in Internal Medicine and her Dermatology Residency at Penn State University (Hershey Medical Center), where she served as chief resident. She received her medical degree from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA, where she was elected to the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha honor society. She graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Virginia Tech with a major in Biochemistry.
Prior to starting her private practice "Wilmington Dermatology Center" in 2008, she completed a laser focused preceptorship with one of the nation's leading laser treatment pioneers, Dr. Tina Alster, at the Washington Institute of Dermatologic Laser Surgery. Dr. George continues to attend and present at many state and national conferences, where the most current advances in dermatology are discussed. Dr. George also actively participates as a chief investigator for dermatology focused clinical research studies to keep abreast of the latest treatments and has contributed to several scientific publications.

Julie Fetch, PA-C
Julie Fetch is a certified physician assistant who joined Wilmington Dermatology Center in 2010. She has a Bachelor of Science in Biology from St. Mary's College; Notre Dame, IN, and earned a Master's Degree in Health Sciences from Philadelphia University. Julie's clinical experience includes dermatologic surgical training from the University of Pennsylvania, clinical research in hematology and oncology through The James Cancer Center of The Ohio State University, years of diagnostic and management experience in critical care, and full prescriptive authority in the state of NC. Julie especially enjoys patient advocacy and achieves this by developing warm, personal relationships with her patients. From a clinical standpoint, Julie has a passion for Atopic Dermatitis (Eczema) and pediatric dermatology. Julie's adventerous spirit most often has her traveling, looking for new challenges, and spending time with family and friends.
Karin Hipp, PA-C
Karin Hipp, PA-C is a certified physician assistant who has been practicing dermatology since 2001, and joined Wilmington Dermatology Center in late 2011. After receiving her master’s degree from DeSales University, Karin was formally trained in dermatology at Johns Hopkins University. She has worked in a private practice setting, as well as academic, to gain valuable skills in all aspects of dermatology. Her most recent experience of specialized training at Duke University Medical Center has helped broaden her knowledge in the field of melanoma and pigmented lesions. Karin enjoys both cosmetic and medical dermatology, with a special interest in skin cancer and facial rejuvenation.
